Cosmic Hugs

This is a new treatment which is one hour long and can be done by phone, video call or in person.

Cosmic Hugs. We all need them! 

This treatment is basically you allowing yourself one hour to talk, rant, cry or sit in silence. I will listen to you without judgement, in complete confidence with no counseling. I offer instead an ear, an open heart and open mind, guidance on how to meditate, distance reiki healing and lots of cosmic hugs. 

This really is very healing for the soul.
